This is Lubanzi Afeziwe Shelembe, born on the 8th of December 2017. He was born normal. At 5weeks he underwent a bilateral inguinal hernia operation, he had a cardiac arrest during the operation. He was then diagnosed with Microcephaly spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy. He has breathing difficulties and is epileptic. He is 4 years turning 5 this year December he is unable to sit, crawl or walk he is wheelchair bound. The chair would help us alot since he cannot sit unsupported.
